Service staff at reception were polite n the room service boys were really helpful n hardworking Location is good if u can climb a hill n strictly NO for someone on wheel chair. I got upgraded to a suite due to bathroom issue hence i could give a 8 rating else i was very disappointed with the very very small room which deserved only 3 for the high cost of Sr 1000 plus per night

The room and the Hotel in general, have excellent design and ambience. Food was tasty and the service was excellent, price was reasonable. Breakfast had an excellent variety. Staff were helpful. Hotel seems very near to Haram, however, reaching the actual gate of haram take around 7 - 10 minutes. There was a shuttle service although I didn't use it.The room also had Partial haram view, mostly focused on extension. There is mosque, and kids club which we used.

The property is excellent. My room was nice, I was upgraded to a suite. It appeared that the hotel takes special care of the guests who have booked through 'Booking.com'. I observed a competition among the staff to serve the guests better, amazing! Some of them need mention here: room-boys Masud Monir, Tawhid and Hassan in the restaurant, Ms. Sara & Ms. Ouda at the reception and supervisor Kawser and many others were very caring.

The hotel is amazing, everyone is welcoming and very helpful. I wanted to say thanks to all the staff of the hotel, especially Salem from Concierge. Also Rasel from the housekeeper the room was super clean. Hasan from the restaurant he adviced the best food. Thanks a lot to Salem he did his amazing job and helped us a lot. He fixed all the problems during our stay in the hotel and always was there to help with anything.🙏 Next time I wil stay in this hotel because the staff are amazing 😻

breakfast is very nice and has a variety of food location near Masjid Al Haram but for old people there will be difficulty due to a high ramp on the street to the hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative they should replace the bus with another transportation method like a large golf cart because the bus take more time to reach the Masjid Haram due to the road closures.

Special kudos to Rasel - he was very helpful and kept our room neat and tidy always whenever needed, excellent room cleaning service provide by him. Aarfa, Adel - very helpful and attends to all your requests - they make you feel comfortable when you are in for breakfast/dinner - Midan Salem - excellent guy - nice and super fast service during check in and check out

The best price and staffs ever in this hotel Best breakfast was so delicious and awsome, don’t you ever try to book without breakfast because you will miss out the best taste ever I was upgraded to a suite for free from the receptionist Mr. Ahmed he made our stay more amazing by this Mr. Saha Ali was one of the best house keepers on time hygienist and quick Mr. Salem the best and fastest staff and must say so helpful while he was who arranged for us the taxi and bargained with the driver Thank you all for your Karam and Dhiyafa Shaza will be always my first Option in Makkah الكتابه لازم تترجموه عشان يستاهل كل الي قلته في حقهم شكرا من القلب

Very friendly staff and location is good. Hotel is nice and clean. Location is good, just 10 mins walk to Kebba. Breakfast was very nice, there was lot of variety and tea was fantastic!
